Q. How do I log in?
A. To log into Moodle please input your 8 digit student reference number (found on your student card) into the user name box and the password will be the same as the password you use to log into the College PC’s.
Q. How do I enrol onto my course?
A. To enrol in your course you need an ‘Enrolment key’. This is a one time password that you get from your lecturer. When your click on your course you will be asked for this ‘Enrolment Key’.
Q. How can I change my password?
A. In order to change your password for Moodle you must change the password you use to log into the College PC’s. You must do this when you have logged into a College PC and hit ‘Ctrl+Alt+Delete’ and you will have the option to change your password. This automatically updates Moodle with your new password change. If you try to change your password in Moodle this will not work!
Q. Can I change my username?
A. No, your username is set and can not be changed from your student reference number.
